| A. | Our EAs can be downloaded electronically from our Download Centre immediately after purchase. To download an EA, you will also need a unique Product Key which is sent to the same email address that you use for the PayPal payment. The Product Key is also emailed to you straight after purchase, so please check your spam folders if you haven't received anything. Sometimes certain elements of a purchase order require manual processing. If this is the case, you will be sent an email after purchase advising of this. | |||

| A. | You don't need to worry about this. Our EAs use a self-installer which puts everything into the correct folders for you. | |||

Although we don't know yet the exact date that MetaTrader 5 will be released, nor do we know yet how many brokers will adopt using it, we can assure our users that our existing trading EAs will be adapted to make them fully compatible with MT5. Equally important, we will ensure that our EAs integrate fully with each other so that they can continue to be used concurrently on the same MT5 account. | |||

| A. | Our EAs lock themselves to your PC (or VPS) and attempting to use them on a different machine will result in an invalid login. They can be used with as many MT4 accounts or brokers as you wish, both live and demo, provided that all of the accounts are operated from the same machine. | |||

| A. | You will need to visit our Download Centre where there is a facility to retrieve lost Product Keys and transfer your EA to another machine. | |||

| A. | No. The EAs do include a Magic Number within their internal code and will certainly not affect any other EAs or trades on the account. | |||

| A. | Currently our EAs have been compiled using Build 225. Using an earlier build of MT4 may cause the EA to malfunction. | |||

| A. | The EAs automatically run an algorithm to check for 3/5 digit brokers and adjust themselves internally accordingly. | |||

| A. | That's correct. You can adjust the Risk parameter of the EA so that it takes smaller positions and won't destabilise your account. | |||

What is the smallest account size that is suited to your EAs? |

| A. | Regarding the smallest account size, the EA will work fine if it's only $500 so long as it's a micro account which trades 0.01 lots. If it's a mini account trading 0.1 lots, then an account balance of $3k is the very minimum that we recommend. | |||

| A. | You can control drawdowns effectively yourself through adjusting the Risk parameter of each EA. It is best to use the Strategy Tester before using the EA to confirm that you are comfortable with the level of drawdown and adjust the risk level accordingly before using the EA live. | |||

| A. | This is almost certainly because MT4 has not been set up to allow DLL imports. Please refer to the instructions for the EA as it only takes a few seconds to set up correctly. | |||
